Numbers behind the spec sheet

A drop-test is more than letting a phone fall on concrete. Cases are dropped from controlled heights, onto specific surfaces, at angles chosen to stress the corners — the most-vulnerable hit point.

The difference between "survives 2m" and "survives 2.5m" is a real engineering jump, not a rounding error.
